ONE WORLDcitizens is a non-profit initiative to encourage kids and students to become social entrepreneurs. Through online tools and offline training we try to get them actively engaged in making the world a better place to live in. My role in ONE WORLDcitizens is the commercial and management development in the organisation. My goal is to build an sustainable non-profit organisation that gives children the chance to become entrepeneurs of their own dreams.

In my opinion every child deserves the chance to develop itself like we do.
It would be great if every child would have the same chances, wouldn’t it?

Academy4sales is a class with ambitious excellence sales students.
Part of the academy is a intensive 5-day training and a lot of personal training.
I learned how I can get more out of my sales skills and it gives me the oppertunity to work with other professionals.

I felt in love with UNICEF since the first meeting I had.
UNICEF is driven by passionate people with love for children.
My job was to start a UNICEF student team in Breda.

I started alone in April, and now (Oktober 2014) we have 17 people in our team.
We organize different events to create awareness and raise funds.
For me it teaches me to much to discribe in a short note.
Some of the most inportant things I have learned are;

- Motivate people intrinsicly
- Organise events in a structured way
- Talk out loud about your dreams (and chase them)

Nowadays the team is way more structured than it was ever before.
My task is changing to a more coaching role in the team.
I never knew that volunteer work could enrich me like it did.

The main reason to start Arlibertas is the freedom to start my own company in my student life.
With Arlibertas, I learned myself to think creative and find the right sollutions for the right situation.
I might not be the most experienced one, but passion and curiosity are on my side.

Kvik learned me a lot in the 4 years I worked there.
It learned me to think in sollutions quickly and to work precisely.
Also it learned me a lot about the ''real demands'' of the costumer.
