Mijn dromen en ambities
Sarah is a pro active and creative young professional with strong analytical, observation skills. Her tremendous capacity for empathy makes her an excellent colleague, social researcher and communicator.

As a child I lived in several different countries in Asia which sparked my curiousity for diversity. My Masters 'Social and Cultural Anthropology', among other things, has helped me put this fascination to practical use. I am a confident inter-cultural communicator and an active listener. This has proved to be especially useful in social research, as well as service providing and coordinating positions.
My background in fine arts has trained my visual eye and taught me to look beyond existing boundaries. This has proved to come in use when developing and thinking out new strategies. Practically I apply my visual orientation when creating presentations, concepts, campaigns or other communicative material. I also have experience in the areas of film, photography and video editing.
I perform best in a team, where I, as an independent thinker, am conscious of the group dynamics, adapt quickly and enjoy initiating new ideas and methods. I enjoy project-based work that asks for innovation, change, problem solving or a practical intervention. I am able to prioritise, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and manage time well. I am not afraid to learn, engage in new disciplines or investigate new subjects.
