Relevant Experience.

January 2012-January 2014 Mentor Medical (Johnson&Johnson company), Leiden Production Planner.
Mentor is in transition to become a fully integrated Johnson&Johnson (J&J) company. Changing from Excel file planning to a S&OP planning based on ERP system which is currently JD Edwards however moving on to J&J standards; SAP. I started in January to help out on the planning part but moved on to operational purchasing and raw material planning, as well as the QA incoming goods coordination. As of September the purchasing department is trying to get integrated with the Ethicon organisation. Meaning non compliant deliveries need to be processed against new Ethicon procedures which is all new for Mentor. This is a big impact in how purchasing is organized. I enjoy to be a part of this change. Production department is demanding availability of all components while QA is subject to new Ethicon rules which is sometimes slowing down. Conflicting goals... challenging situations... company priorities... medical devices... big impact. Never a dull moment. As of February 2013 I am supporting the Production Planning department. Based on recent implemented S&OP production is performed on agreed figures of PSI (Production, Sales and Inventory figures) from higher level management. This change is impacting the organization on every level ... in a positive way.
