I would be delighted to become a member of an enthusiastic multi-cultural company.
During the 9 years’ experience at Cisco I have performed in 2 different roles. Firstly, as a Customer Service Specialist, within the Demo Loan Program, involved in processing and shipping demo loan orders across the Globe. This role also entails multi-tasking related to the supply chain, which includes logistic systems. Secondly as a Project Manager Support, within the Services Entitlement Full Coverage Program, I was involved in supporting multiple complex accounts going through their own multidisciplinary process of becoming entitled for services, across EMEAR - Europe, Middle-East, Africa and Russia. I am computer literate with excellent operational knowledge, with strong communication and multi-lingual skills. I have gained specific skills and knowledge to perform the analytical, dynamic and operational nature of these roles and I am highly confident these are valuable assets that match your Company needs.
