Ik ben (naar men zegt) goed in het opzetten en leiden van onderzoeksprojecten, waarbij ik mensen uit verschillende disciplines & culturen goed laat samenwerken.
Het realiseren van innovaties is daarbij mijn persoonlijke drijfveer, waar ik veel genoegen uit haal. Het gebruik van onderzoeksresultaten in de praktijk is mijn beoogde beloning.
Ik doe dit werk graag voor bedrijven en andere technologische marktpartijen. Ik heb een brede ervaring die van extra nut kan zijn daar waar gebruik gemaakt kan worden van ervaringen opgedaan vanuit een ander werkveld; mijn ervaring is namelijk dat er in een werkveld sprake kan zijn van "bloedarmoede" qua denk- en oplossings-richtingen.
Ik kan goed alleen werken, maar ook samenwerken staat hoog in mijn vaandel. Daarbij is het m.i. van belang dat er een omgeving gecreëerd wordt waarbij open gecommuniceerd kan worden over alle van belang zijnde zaken.
