I have extensive experience in supporting of attorneys, lawyers and compliance officers. I have strong skills for unburdening; arranging; organizing and unifying factor. I am a dedicated, enthusiastic, energetic and reliable person, problem solving, accurate, well organized and with a strong sense of responsibility. I can work independently and I can handle confidential information with great discretion. I have excellent communications skills, English verbal and written very good – plus familiar with legal terminology. I am skillful in the handling and use of amongst other MS Office.

I am a tough lady with a warm heart for everyone; at least my former colleagues are consistently telling me that I am a very pleasant colleague, a real team player with great customer orientation and personal drive to meet the company’s results.

• Managing the schedule of (4-5) lawyers and the Regional Legal Manager.
• Taking care of the practical organizations of appointments/meetings and ensure that all logistical arrangements are in place.
• Taking care of communications (by telephone, e-mail, etc.) with various internal and external clients of the lawyers, in order to provide as much support as possible.
