I directed the apprentice in accounting tasks, office organization and administration, and conducted regular performance reviews with her.

I independently managed the company’s finances, human resources and office administration for a staff of 45. My main responsibilities were:

I undertook finance and payroll accounting in cooperation with our tax advisors, reviewed monthly income statements, completed payment transactions, processed invoices, allocated incoming payments to client accounts and reminded clients regarding non-payment, assisted with annual budgeting.
I handled the administration of donation and monetary fines.
