Function: Sales Administrator 5/2012-2/2014
• Pre-screening of possible requests of (consolidated) yearaccounts, market analyzing, dealstructure.
• Sales (8) advise regarding credit standing.
• Assist sales at customers regarding obtaining customer information, lease-conditions.
• Funding advise regarding choosen funder.
• Build bridges between various departments within the leasing activity. Create funding awareness at Sales Dept. Structure / Improve communication between Sales and Funding. Create awareness for Collections at Sales.
• Awareness for the service department. Create offers / contracts for BCS Services. Collection for
own book leases and BCS.
Function: Senior Financial Officer 5/2011-5/2012
• Responsible for various account managers (4) in different market labels/segments for arranging
funding approvals at Funding partners.
• First screening of requests (balance sheet, cashflow statement, Profit and Loss account, market
information)
• Creation of credit requests, pricing / condition negotiation with funders / customers.
• Collections for own book deals.

• Full Funding responsibility for the Benelux Activities (3 direct reports).
• Manage all funders (f.i. SG Equipment Finance, Key Equipment Finance, Fortis Lease, ING Lease, KBC, a.s.o.).
• Full signature authority for contracts with customers and funders.
• First credit officer for own book deals.
• Handling all funding requests.
• As responsible for the funding department there were various targets: Spread on rate / Volume /
turn around time, increase approval ratio. Year 2010 targets were overachieved. Negotiated and implemented new funding partnerships. Manage the exit of a funder. First analyst officer for own book deals (unlimited).
• Manage the administration of ECS NL (1 Direct report). Manage end of life deals.
LeaseVisie B.V. (Automobile Leasing) 8/2008-7/2009 (Dealer (Martin Schilder) owned General Carlease company (5000 vehicles))
Function: Account Manager Acquisition
• Pure (Cold) Acquisition Account Management within a designated geographical area. After one year
new customers had to be transferred to an other (relationship) account manager. Won several new

customers, although circumstances were very hard because of credit crunch and (business) car leasing is a commodity.
Leasenet Nederland B.V. / Leasenet Vendor Facilities 02/2001-08/2008 (General Vendor Asset Lease Company (Small to Medium Tickets))
Function: Senior Account Manager / Full Authorized signatory 10/2004-08/2008
• Senior Account manager for vendor relations, acquisitions for prospects, maintaining existing network. Development of multiple commercial mailings (included incentives, by mail, email, telephone).
• Registered Full Authorization at the Chamber of Commerce for professional representation of Leasenet. Underwriting authority for Leasecontracts, Partner transfer papers and all other documents.
• Credit Officer (second, and final, approval for own book deals to 75K).
• Funding partner (IBMGF, NNFD, Fortis Lease) responsible. Negotiated new cooperation with
Fortis.
• Credit research at potential Lessees.
• Standardization of Correspondence.
• Maintain contact with Partners, negotiate new refinance general agreements with partners.
• Target responsibility (turnover, return). Management responsibility for 4 employees (commercial and administrative).
• This all combined with full administration responsibility.
Function: Commercial / Administrative Employee 06/2003-10/2004
• Mainly processing of lease contract for credit approval. Included was gathering necessary
information (annual year accounts, investment summary’s, notes on the accounts).
• Credit officer with 25 k authorization for company own contracts and first Credit Officer for our
Finance Partners. Make credit approval requests.
• Secondly draw up the Operating Lease and Financial Lease Contracts, proceed in CRM system and
register.
• This all combined with full administration responsibility.
Function: Administrative Employee Back Office 5/2002-6/2003
• I was responsible for the administration of 1400 of the company’s own contracts and partially responsible for another 1700 3rd party contracts. My responsibilities included creating reports for management, generate periodical invoices, collection of invoices, buy-off of contracts, recover
debt’s, customer bankruptcy handling, enforce security’s, sell of returned lease objects, end of lease negotiation.
Function: Commercial Employee Front Office 2/2001-5/2002
• Processing of lease contracts for review by our finance partners. I worked together with the
account manager to prepare new contracts for our future clients.
TEM Amsterdam (Shell) 2/1997-2/2001 (Gas station Exploitation Company owned by Shell)
Function: Station manager for two gas stations
• As station manager for two separate gas stations I managed a team of 14 employees. My daily
tasks consisted off organizing the shift schedule, taking care of the office supply stock and implementing and researching new company procedures (ISO certification).
• I also functioned as a first line of contact for the day to day business and was responsible for company (Gas station) administration and targets.
