2002 – 2004 : Hard- and software engineer with Translift in Dronten.
Activities: responsible for all hardware and software changes. The hardware and software come from a German company, all the changes or new functionalities where coordinated by me. I also made the technical manuals for the mechanics in foreign countries and I have given the training to the mechanics in foreign countries.

2004 – 2007 : Product Manager at MCFE in Almere
MCFE = Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift Europe
Started as trainee on the Product Support after a half year moved to Design and half a year later ended at the Product Development. After this 1,5 year I was offer a job at the Product Management Department.
Activities: responsible for marketing researches in the EMEA, consolidate all market wishes and show them to Japan and defend them. Introduce new products on the market and setting the marketing strategy. Making Sales training material and also train the sales people of dealers and also internally.

2007 – 2011 : Product Training Manager at JLG in Hoofddorp
JLG is an Oshkosh Corporation Company [NYSE: OSK].
They are a producer of aerial work platforms and Telehandlers. They have signed an alliance with Caterpillar to build Telehandlers for Caterpillar and market them in the EMEA.
To be able to do this JLG set-up a team of +/-50 people world wide. In this group I have started as Product Training Manager, a new function for this group.
I have made all sales training from nothing and did some market research. I am now busy with competition analyses and improve my sales training material. In the planning are also some application studies.

2011 – 2013 : Product Manager Export at Remeha in Apeldoorn
Remeha is a company in the heating business.
I was the export product manager of Remeha. This means I was responsible for all products outside The Netherlands. I was doing all product management tasks (cost/sales analyses, business plans, market introduction, market feedback, etc) for countries mainly in Western Europe and for two customers in North America. I was also the product manager of all commercial floor-standing boilers.
Next to this I had the sales responsibilities of a few countries to get experience with sales.



2013 – 2014 (oktober) : Business Manager at Kobelco in Almere
Kobelco is a manufacturer of crawler excavators.
I am the Business Manager responsible for Scandinavia, Baltic’s, Russia and CIS. When I started the dealers in Scandinavia and Baltic’s were already setup. Meaning this was maintaining the relationship and being sales responsible for this area. Russia/CIS didn’t exist at all. Meaning I needed to search for dealers in Russia and Kazakhstan and setup their business from nothing. I made the business plan for total Europe and Russia/CIS and was responsible for the pricing strategy. As Business Manager I was responsible for sales, service, after sales, spare parts, problems, etc of my dealers.
