The red thread in my life and career is "Transformation", since I like to seek challenges, to learn and to improve! Therefore, in my professional life, I am passionate to enable and lead Transformations in a variety of roles and ways, depending on the situation at hand.
I have proven to be quite successful, according to my employers and clients, in designing and implementing the best fitted transformation approach. Together we dreamed of success AND made it happen!
For well over 25 years I have gained experience with national (Dutch) and international companies in many Industries combined with my background of Industrial Psychologist (drs), Certified Change Management Master (CCMM) and Drama Therapist.

Since the Marketing & Communication Strategy and Technology are crucial elements of any transformation it is definitely part of my Transformation Services Offering.
2010-2014: Capgemini Corporate University: Director Business-to-Learning and member of the Executive Committee reporting to the CLO. Responsible for Account & Engagement Management targeted at internal (SBU and Regional level) and external clients all over the world. My main focus was always to support them in their transformation; to make "the difference" for our company, our 150.000+ employees and to grow the relationship with our external clients.
Main Achievements:
1. Built up the Global Governance for the Business part of our University, the Demand Management Process, Transformational Learning Service Offerings, Budgeting Process, Target setting & Monitoring (global, virtual, LMS, costs) and co-created our Economic Model.
2. Developed over the years an international Learning Business Partner Team and led them through the Transformation of the L&D Function, to become real Business Oriented and at the same time reinforced digitalization, shared services and outsourcing of transactional processes.
3. Lead the MarCom Team of our University with the passion "to become the best" with my MarCom Director and Team. As a result we became the number ONE on our internal website with a distance of 200% from number two.
2007-2010: Capgemini Corporate University : Director Consulting School - Responsible for the Consulting Curriculum reporting to the CLO.
Achievements: As Account & Engagement Manager I have created with my Stake Holders the Global Capgemini Consulting Curriculum; global offerings to deploy global & local as well as innovative virtual learning accessible for all employees anytime, anywhere.
I have developed the first international global Capgemini Consulting Week, a way of working & a concept that is used over 5 years now and is reused by all the Strategic Business Units as we speak!
2003-2007 Vice President Capgemini Consulting NL: Business and HR transformation assignments around mission & vision, strategy, governance & structure, finance, technology, shared services, outsourcing etcetera for the Ministry of Defense, Eneco, City of Amsterdam and Rotterdam, ABN/Amro Bank-Delta Lloyd-ABN Amro Insurances, Dutch Railways etcetera.
2001 - 2003 ING Group: Program Director HRM Transformation Program ONE- accomplished in 1,5 year with a positive business case (1200 people). Implementation of HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (Management Development, L&D, Policies, Payroll), Shared Services and Employee Self Service/Peoplesoft for 16 entities within the ING Group like Postbank, CE, Nationale Nederlanden.
1998 - 2001 ING Bank Netherlands: Director Human Resources-transformed the HR function (400 people). Transformation to HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence etcetera for ING Bank.
1989 - 1998 Zwitserleven: President European HRM Synergy Group, Director P&O,Consultant Policies CEO- set-up and implemented the P&O function.
