Mijn dromen en ambities

Tot December 2018 altijd in vast dienstverband te hebben gewerkt, in Januari 2019 begonnen als Interim (ZZP-er) en afgelopen Maart 2020 mijn 2e opdracht afgerond naar tevredenheid van de opdrachtgever.

Op zoek naar functie als senior Site / Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations Manager-Director.

Mijn kracht ligt in mijn sterk cijfermatig inzicht en het oog hebben voor processen en het stroomlijnen hiervan. Ik vind het altijd belangrijk om naar efficiency te kijken, kunnen er dingen sneller of anders geregeld worden? In mijn werk haal ik er voldoening uit om bij te kunnen dragen aan de tevredenheid van de klant.

Vaardigheden: o.a. organiseren, coördineren, plannen, operationele inkoop, regelen, implementaties, verhuizingen en inrichten, magazijn lay-out, helikopterview. Technische en gespecialiseerde vaardigheden
Kennis van WMS systemen, ADR, HACCP,BRC, intern- en extern transport, ERP-systemen, EDI. Het geven van beoordelings -en functioneringsgesprekken. Het voeren van werkoverleg.

I have Bachelor degree in Logistics&Economy and over 20 years of experience within Logistics, Supply Chain and Procurement within several companies. Within these companies developed marketing and logistics strategy, negotiate service levels agreements, setting up key performance indicators and optimizing logistics processes.
I have strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple mission-critical projects simultaneously and able to meet deadlines, a forward thinking and creative individual who can relate to people at all levels within the organization. Exceptional verbal, presentation and written communication skills. Proven record of accomplishment of driving through change. Next to my working experience and knowledge, my attitude is to motivate and coach people where supply chain and logistics is moving and always need innovative actions. Family owned company, whereby the 4th generation will take over this year, support during the transition, coach into his new role as managing director, select new management team. C. van Heezik is an group of companies with 3 specialities : Cold-chain logistics and retail distribution / Paperboard sheeting – paper logistics / National and international transport and groupage.

January 2019-April 2019 Provimar S.A. (Interim) Logistics & Operations Director -Spain
On behave of the owners support the relocation of warehouse and office during transition including implement new WMS. Within agreed time window implemented and operational and handed over to customer.

2016- 2018 Inmarsat Export Control officer EMEA – London-UK
Responsible for all export regulatory of goods within different legacy’s within Inmarsat (Marine, Aviation, Global government & enterprise) Make sure all required export documentation is in line with local and international law, check with customs and advise logistics & Supply chain, record keeping, prepare internal as well external audits. Reporting to CCO in headquarters London-UK


2013-2016 Kalmar / Cargotec Service Director Mobile Equipment - Rotterdam
Responsible for field service team, back office, parts team, warehouse and MT member Kalmar Netherlands, in total 45 fte.
Reduce local stock from 1.7mil to 900K inventory, reduce local costs, get ride of loss making contracts, implement new service tool and reduce 15% time consuming, 15 % faster invoicing after work done.
Making budgets, P&L responsible for service & parts, insurance & claim handling, Procurement, safety, ISO & VCA.



2006 – 2013 Estron Group /Eswaco barge service Logistics Manager- Rotterdam

Supervisor in/out bound for external customer Franklin Mint, Stock control and cycle counts, ISO certification, responsible for 2 external warehouses, manage team of 15 warehouse fte
