-Researcher-
The main task is to prepare and execute a project for a real client in an interdisciplinary and intercultural team and contribute to a report for this client. Lecturers, seminars and training sessions are included to support the group project. A two-week fieldwork period dedicated to data collection on site is part of the workshop. Students are expected to participate in the above-mentioned activities and perform several groups and individual assignments.

-Liaison Officer Leader, Team Leader, Customer Networking-
Responsible for handling the liaison officers and crew related to customers or clients’ needs during the event.

-Florist-
Responsible for flower arrangements on Holland America Line. Demonstrating flower arrangement to the guest. Selling and received flower arrangements from guest and crew.

-Front Desk-
Provide the first and last impression of the hotel to guests. It is therefore vitally important that employees display a prompt and courteous attitude to all guests and demonstrate the excellence in service.

-Job Training as Research and Development Business of Event-
Organized international event registration and hotel reservation for over 700 conference participants, sustained regular 13 hours work day during non-events/ 21 hours work day during events, participated in event bidding, and managed 2 employees.

-Good Receiving-
Seasonal employee that received and stocked merchandise on the sales floor from the warehouse. Checking in and out goods, making invoices, and diligently worked 8 hours/day.
