Confident. Resilient. Loyal. A PRINCE2 certified PMO professional looking to be challenged. Excellent organisation mixed with good communication skills always looking to optimise performance, reduce costs and mitigate risks and delays to consistently deliver short and long term objectives in a timely manner.
Currently ending my Maternity Leave and able to start as soon as possible.

Loyaal, behulpzaam, ondernemend, vrolijk, betrouwbaar, levenslustig, nauwkeurig, dit zijn een aantal van mijn persoonlijke kenmerken.
Ik ben een teamspeler met de mogelijkheid om goed zelfstandig te werken.
Mijn oud-collega’s omschrijven mij als positief, sociaal, krachtig, oplossingsgericht, begripvol met een passie voor organiseren en mensen te ondersteunen – zowel in het dagelijks leven als op de werkvloer.
Als persoon sta ik altijd open voor ideeen van anderen maar neem ik ook het initiatief en eventueel de leiding als het nodig is. Ik werk erg gestructureerd. In mijn bijna 9 jaar bij Shell heb ik geleerd om stressbestendig te zijn en te anticiperen wat er gaat gebeuren en daarin verantwoordelijkheid te nemen om proactief problemen op te lossen. Ik heb inzicht in mijn eigen sterktes en zwaktes en kan daarnaar handelen.

Responsibilities included:
• Maintaining and quality control of the PACS SharePoint site. Access/permissions/distribution lists/archiving/organisation/security classification/export control/site permission groups
• Administration of the collective maintenance and reporting of cross programme time data including validating time-writing and where necessary working with team members to ensure errors are corrected
• Risk and Issue review
• Standarised reporting
• Reconcile stock levels between vendors and CoE logs
• Assurance close out checks and document lessons learned
• Initiatives tracking review
• Organisation of programme events
• Onboarding/offboarding, incl. guidance and training for working products (MOC, SharePoint, Timewriting - SERP etc.)
• Data quality checking
• Manage overview and coordination of WBSE requests and respond to PM's queries
• HRMM amendments and creations
• Assist in the coordination and follow-up of conferences/functions/workshops
• Support in the coordination of cost recovery (i.e. query tracking and collation)
• Support with change control activities
• Uploading of Workstream, Programme PRT reports to PACS Sharepoint site
• Providing support to the Delivery Workstreams - assist with weekly rollout site reporting, scheduling updates
• Responsible for raising, tracking of Purchase Orders and liaison with Service Entry & Accounts Payable Teams for expediting payments

• Managing the Shell ID Cards mailbox including logging, email confirmation and scheduling the MyRequest governance meeting

Responsibilities included:
• General PA admin: organising travel arrangements through CWT, registering visitors, planning of workshops, taking minutes and calendar organisation
• Reviewing leads and opportunities and uploading them to SharePoint
• Sending out surveys and tracking them for TCoE
• Project administration for the RACI for TCoE
• Managing the tasks/actions for Migration CoE and TCoE in SharePoint
• On- and off boarding of contractors, updating the GAL and requesting of hard- and software
Shell, Cape Town, Credit Management
Responsibilities included:
• Following up on overdue debt, arranging collection of payments and minimising bad debts
• Identifying business authority to exclude customers/ items from charging interest and documenting the authorities’ decisions
• Blocking of customer accounts and escalate serious overdue debts
• Check the Disputed Item Report and coordinate the resolution of complex disputes
• Clearing client’s accounts and reconciling their statements
• Populating figures for the Violations Report. Adding my findings to violations
• Working together and having weekly meetings with Account Managers and Credit London
• Compiling the weekly overdue report for Fleet and Aviation
• Checking out the aviation prepayment client’s accounts on a daily basis. Making sure that they have enough prepayment in case of bankruptcy
• Organising feedback calls on a biweekly basis. Heading those calls and making the minutes

Zo besteed ik mijn vrije tijd
Ik houd van gezellige dagjes uit met mijn familie, wandelen met de hond, als ik de tijd krijg lees ik graag, films kijken, uit eten gaan met vriendinnen, mooie reizen maken en de wereld zien.
