EXPERIENCE
LOGISTICS MANAGER AT SENIOR AIR FREIGHT NOVEMBER 2011 - TO
DATE (AMSTERDAM AREA, THE NETHERLANDS)
Provide to company clients full logistic solutions: EXW, FOB, FCA, DDU, political
shipments, cross trade, custom assistance, etc.;
Operative responsibilities:
Analysis of the incoming requests and planning. Coordination of transport, on
time creation and/or exchange of export documentation and related administrative
processes (e.g. claims), control on work of stakeholders ensuring perfect
execution of the flow of goods. Communicate with supply points and logistic
service providers on orders, coordinate exceptions, inform stakeholders;
In time delivery of all export documentation ensuring for instance timely customs
clearance. Correct entry and maintenance of orders in warehouse management
system, shipment plans and masterdata;
Customer Service responsibilities:
Answer clients requests on time and providing them with full information on services,
posibilities, conditions, etc.
Intake and analysis of claims.
Service Export customers by providing information on orders, updates, planning,
etc.;
Be contact person for customers and create trusting relationship. Develope
existing working contacts and find new potential customers.
Financial responsibilities:
Analysis of transport/freight market in order to provide company clients with
best cost solutions. Research on the dynamics of the clients accounts and building
of pricing structure and sales condition.
